Terms of Service

By accessing or using Qurbani Sahulat ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and enter into contracts on the Platform.

Sahulat is a marketplace that connects buyers with sellers of Qurbani animals. Sahulat is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their animal listings, including species, breed, weight, health status, and pricing.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before entering into contracts.

Hissa (share) bookings allow multiple buyers to share a single animal. Share ratios and pricing are set by the seller.

KYC verification is required for sellers, veterinarians, caretakers, suppliers, and dispatch riders before they can operate on the Platform.

All users must comply with Pakistani laws regarding animal welfare, trade, and commerce.

A Buyer Contract is created when a buyer selects an animal or hissa share and submits a booking with the required deposit.

Deposits are collected to secure the booking and are applied toward the total contract price.

The contract specifies the total price, deposit amount, contract period (start and end dates), and dispatch/distribution preferences.

Sellers must accept or decline contracts within the platform. Accepted contracts become binding on both parties.

Milestone payments may be released based on fulfillment events such as veterinary inspection completion, caretaking confirmation, or delivery.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not handle currency conversion.

Sellers must ensure all listed animals are healthy, properly cared for, and meet the minimum welfare standards set by the Platform.

Veterinary inspections may be scheduled for listed animals. Sellers must cooperate with assigned veterinarians.

Animals found to be unhealthy, malnourished, or misrepresented will be delisted and the seller's account may be suspended.

Caretakers assigned to animals must follow the feeding schedules and care protocols specified by the Platform.

All Qurbani activities must comply with Islamic Shariah requirements and Pakistani animal welfare regulations.

Listing stolen, sick, or illegally obtained animals.

Providing false information during KYC verification or in animal listings.

Manipulating prices, creating fake bookings, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the Platform.

Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security, authentication, or access controls.

Using the Platform for any purpose that violates Pakistani law or Islamic principles related to animal trade.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be attempted to be resolved directly through the Platform's messaging system.

If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may flag the contract as "disputed" through the Platform.

Sahulat will review disputed contracts and may request additional evidence from both parties.

Sahulat's dispute resolution decisions are advisory. The Platform does not act as an arbitrator or court.

For matters that cannot be resolved through the Platform, the parties agree to seek resolution under the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in the courts of Multan, Punjab.

Sahulat provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee the quality, health, or condition of animals listed by sellers.

Sahulat is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers.

Sahulat is not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in Platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our control.

Sellers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of their listings and the condition of their animals.

Maximum liability of Sahulat to any user shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user to the Platform in the preceding 12 months.
