Delete Your Account

If you are logged into the Sahulat app, you can delete your account immediately:

1. Open the app and go to your profile or account settings.
2. Navigate to Account Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
4. Your account and personal data will be permanently removed.

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to:

Please include in your email:

• Your registered email address
• Your registered phone number
• The subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Permanently removed:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your password and all active sessions
• Your KYC documents (CNIC images)
• Your profile information and preferences

Retained in anonymised form (for legal compliance):

• Completed contract records (with personal identifiers removed)
• Financial transaction history (required by tax regulations for 7 years)
• Veterinary inspection records (part of animal health passport)

In-app deletion: immediate — your data is removed and sessions are terminated right away.

Email request: processed within 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
