How it works

From assignment to payment

Get verified
Complete identity verification and a brief farm experience assessment. Once approved, you appear in the caretaker directory visible to buyers who reserve animals on nearby farms.
Accept assignments
When a buyer assigns you to look after their reserved animal on a seller's farm, you receive a task notification with the animal details, farm location, and care schedule.
Daily care tasks
Each day you receive a checklist: feeding, watering, grooming, health observation. Complete each task and mark it done in the app with notes on the animal's condition.
Photo proof
Upload at least one photo per day showing the animal in good condition. These photos go directly to the buyer's dashboard — building trust and transparency.
Report health issues
If you notice anything unusual — loss of appetite, limping, skin issues — flag it immediately. The system notifies the buyer and recommends a vet visit.
Get paid per care day
Payment is calculated per completed care day. Once the buyer confirms the care period (or the animal is dispatched), your earnings are released to your registered account.
