Funds never go directly to the seller. A neutral escrow account holds every rupee until the buyer confirms delivery. 2.5% platform fee covers dispute mediation and payment processing.
Identity verification
Every seller completes CNIC / passport verification and farm location check before their first listing goes live. Buyers see a trust score based on verified history.
Vet-certified health
Licensed veterinarians inspect animals before dispatch. Health certificates, vaccination records, and weight reports are attached to every listing — permanently on file.
Full transparency
Every action — listing, bid, deposit, vet report, care log, dispatch photo, handover signature — is timestamped and visible to all parties in the transaction.

How your money is protected

Buyer deposits
When you reserve an animal, your deposit goes into a secure escrow account — not to the seller. The seller sees the reservation but cannot access the funds.

Seller prepares
The seller confirms availability, arranges vet inspection, and prepares the animal for dispatch. They can see the escrow status but the money stays locked.

Verification & dispatch
A licensed vet inspects the animal. Once cleared, the dispatch partner picks up with documented proof — photos, weight confirmation, and health certificate.

Buyer confirms receipt
At handover, the buyer inspects the animal against the listing. If satisfied, they confirm receipt in the app. Only then does escrow release payment to the seller.

Dispute resolution
If the animal does not match the listing, the buyer can raise a dispute before confirming. Escrow holds all funds until the admin team reviews evidence from both sides.
Escrow is managed by Qurbani Sahulat via Bank Alfalah (MARK SOLUTIONS — Acc# 5967-5002569633). All transactions are recorded and auditable.

How your account works
Registration
Sign up with your phone number. You receive an OTP via SMS or WhatsApp. No email required. Your phone number is your identity — it connects your orders, bids, wallet, and conversation history across devices.
Wallet & deposits
Your in-app wallet holds deposits and refunds. Funds enter via bank transfer to the escrow account (Bank Alfalah). You upload the deposit slip; the admin verifies it and credits your wallet. Withdrawals go back to your registered bank account within 2 working days.
Role switching
One account can act as buyer, seller, caretaker, or vet — depending on your verification level. A farmer who sells animals can also buy feed from suppliers, all from the same login. Each role has its own dashboard with the tools relevant to that role.
Trust score
Every completed transaction, vet report, on-time delivery, and positive review increases your trust score. The score is visible to other users and affects your ranking in search results. Disputes, cancellations, and rejected deliveries lower it.

Trust questions
What happens if the seller doesn't deliver?
Your full deposit is refunded to your wallet within 2 working days. The seller's trust score is reduced and repeated failures lead to account suspension.
Can the seller access my payment before I confirm?
No. Funds remain in the escrow account until you confirm receipt in the app. The seller can see that a deposit exists but cannot withdraw it.
What is the 2.5% platform fee?
It covers escrow management, payment processing, dispute mediation, and platform maintenance. It is deducted from the seller's payout, not from the buyer's deposit.
How do I know the vet report is real?
Vet reports are signed digitally by PVMC-licensed veterinarians registered on the platform. Each report is timestamped and linked to the animal's permanent record.
Is my personal data shared with sellers?
Sellers see your city and first name only — never your full address, CNIC, or phone number. Communication happens through the in-app messaging system.
What if I change my mind after depositing?
Cancellations before dispatch are eligible for a full refund minus any already-incurred vet or caretaker costs. After dispatch begins, the refund policy applies based on the reason.
