Seller registers, uploads photos/video, sets their base price. System logs their zone and assigns them to a local manager.

Automated checks: duplicate detection, breed classification (AI camera), zone service availability, seller verification status.

Licensed PVMC vet visits the animal, checks health, weight, vaccination status. Issues a digital health certificate with QR code.

Buyer activates care service. Caretaker visits daily — feeds, grooms, uploads timestamped photos & GPS-tagged video to buyer's dashboard.

Manager reviews buyer location, local breed prices, transport routes, and risk factors. Calculates the buyer-facing price using the pricing engine.

Buyer↔Seller direct contact blocked. All communication routed through manager or in-app messaging. Manager coordinates between all parties.

Buyer pays the full buyer price into Bank Alfalah escrow. Funds are held neutrally — neither party can access until delivery confirmed.

Animal transported to buyer's location. GPS-tracked route shared with buyer. On arrival: buyer inspects, can accept or reject. Vet present at high-value handovers.

Buyer confirms receipt → escrow releases. Seller gets sellerPrice minus 2.5% commission. Manager, vet, caretaker payouts processed. Ratings exchanged.
