📊 Who Gets What — Commission Structure
Zone Manager — 5%
Charged at deal maturity (not upfront). Covers: pricing negotiation, communication control between buyer and seller, coordination of vet + caretaker + dispatch, dispute resolution.
Platform — 2.5%
Deducted from seller payout. Covers: escrow infrastructure, virtual wallet, AI grading, app maintenance, trust scoring, dispute mediation system.
Caretaker — Agreed Fee
Manager shares the price. Buyer pays directly to caretaker on successful job completion. If caretaker fails inspection, no payment.
Direct Contact — via Manager
If buyer skips caretaker, manager provides direct contact and communication control instead. Manager charges 5% of priced amount at maturity for this coordination.
Admin-Only Controls
Only platform admins can: change commission percentages, override dispute resolutions, extend manager % for time-bound deals, modify escrow split ratios, freeze/unfreeze wallets. No manager or seller can alter these rules.
